Actives International, LLC will represent cosmetic products from Oli Biotech in the Eastern United States. Representatives from Oli Biotech will be with Actives International at Booth 1443 during New York Suppliers’ Day to discuss their Cellpolypid technology.

Artificial cell membranes with lipid bilayer structures find wide use in biomedical applications. Oli Biotech is the first company to innovate and advance Cellpolypid technology for the cosmetic industry.

Using phosphatidylcholine polymers, Oli Biotech designs ingredients that mimic the structure of natural skin components, and optimizes them to deliver improved benefits from a breathable film. The initial group of Cellpolypid ingredients provide deep barrier repair and ‘intelligent moisturization’. The technology has also been applied as a surface treatment for TiO₂ and ZnO for use in sunscreens.
